Penney Auto Body's Statement in regards to the Covid 19 | Penney Auto Body & Glass Vancouver

As British Columbia is moving towards Phase 2 of reopening up the economy, Penney Auto Body wants to assure you that we continue to take steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers as the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic is evolves.


We have been here to provide our essential services and will continue to do so, however if any of the following applies, we ask that you come back at a later date:


  1. You have a fever, new onset of cough, or difficulty breathing.
  2. You travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days.
  3. You have been in close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) within the last 14 days.

To better protect you as the customer and our staff, we have and will continue to ask that only 2 customers are to be allowed in our office. We have altered our reception area as well to better to serve you as well.

We have also provided in the past and will continue to in offering pick up and delivery services to better serve you; cars will also be sanitized for the safety of our staff and you the customer when the vehicle is either picked up or returned to you. This also includes the courtesy vehicles that we provide to you at no extra costs.
